The Avery ALS 200 and 300 label applicators series are industrial-grade compact Label Applicators (LA). Applying pre-printed labels, typically via WIPE On, to almost any size or shape substrate, they’re suited to harsh operations where precision is paramount and reliability critical.

They automatically adjust to the production line’s actual speed by Automatic Product Speed Following (APSF).

The units have a metal, corrosion-resistant cabinet, which can be upgraded to an IP 65 rating (wash down and dust proof). This construction and their speed suits these applicators to the food and pharmaceutical industries. The option of RFID capabilities offers you even more benefits.

Their modular components guarantee maximum efficiency and production up-time, Various applicators give the ALS series unbeatable flexibility for machine and line-integration due to variable label roll-positioning and mounting options. For instance, they can be mounted to apply labels to the top, bottom or sides of cartons, and the dispensing edge can be rotated 90 degrees for extra flexibility. A right and left-hand version is available.
