Impresstik has a range of in-line machines for mid-speed production environments. These suit a host of industries, and are suitable for “front” and “back” label application and other needs your factory may have.
An example of one in-line labeller is the 3000 FF VAC. This fully automatic machine suits front and back labelling of round, square or elliptical products, and is ideal for the blow-moulding industry. Label placement is accurate to within 1mm, even with elliptical products. Matthews can integrate it into any production line. You can choose to include thermal transfer or ink jet printers, to suit your needs.
Impresstik is also the only Australian manufacturer of high-speed rotary labelling systems, which are suitable for labelling any product, across many industries. For instance, with the ability to go to speeds of 800-900 bottles a minute, they suit winery applications.
The standard Impresstik Rotary system has integrated servo-platform options available, where multiple label and product variations need to run through the same line.
