Customer Training

A key step in ensuring your solution is up and running, is training your people on how to operate, manage and use the equipment to the best of its potential. We have standard training packages for all our brands (Linx, Matthews, Solaris, Avery, Intermec, Fox IV, Datamax, Impresstik) and we also have customised training should you require it depending on the solution that you have.

Operator Training 

Training at this level is aimed at ensuring the production operators are proficient in operating the equipment on a daily basis. For example, how to replenish consumables and select and edit messages.  The training also covers daily housekeeping procedures. All installations are followed by basic operator training.

Supervisor & Maintenance Training 

We also have advanced training packages. Training at this level is aimed at ensuring the Supervisor or Maintenance staff are proficient in setting up the equipment & software and conducting necessary maintenance & basic repair tasks.

Training can be conducted onsite or at Matthews Australasia branch training facilities in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane.
