The Linx 7300 ink jet coder offers new features that reduce running costs, minimise production downtime and provide error-free coding.

The Linx 7300 has the lowest running cost when compared to continuous ink jet printers on the market. Businesses could save up to $6,000 a year in hidden coding costs.

Added features have been included as standard to offer lowest cost of ownership:

• 3 lines of print with an option to increase to 4 or 5 lines
• Longer service intervals (up to 6000 hours or 12 months)
• Mistake proof message selection, QuickSwitchTM
• USB message and printer backup and restore abilities
• Mistake proof refills with SureFillTM codes
• FullFlushTM , which is the only system that cleans through every pipe in the printhead and conduit, then vacuums them clear and dry
• Removal of dirt traps and brushed stainless steel finished to offer an easy clean enclosure

The Linx 7300 is able to print information such as use by dates, batch codes, graphics and logos, including 1 and 2 dimensional barcoding formats.

The intuitive colour user interface with WYSIWIG (What You See Is What You Get) display allows for easy message set up, reducing coding errors.

The Linx 7300 can code on products at line speeds of up to 8.4m/s, and comes in a choice of IP55 or IP65 ratings, allowing for reliable operation in any production environment.
