The fully automatic Bizerba GLM-I range weighs, then labels (including the price), across both food and non-food industries. User-friendly and easy-to-service, the GLM-I range provides precise performance for your unique weigh-price labelling needs.
Depending on your production line, Matthews can seamlessly integrate the GLM-I systems into a network, or they can be used as stand-alone machines.
Precise performance: Packages are correctly and automatically forwarded, aligned, weighed and labelled — even packages of varying height and alignment.
Versatile set-up: Labelling can be on the top, back or side, and speeds range from 70 to 170 packages per minute to suit your production line.
Modular design: Single or multiple belts, together with an optional turning/alignment station, can be added to expand the modular machine as your business needs evolve.
One control for everything: Even if the system is expanded to its maximum, only a single GT-12C user terminal is needed to control all machines.
Easy operation: Soft keys for basic price, tare and date can be assigned self-explanatory pictograms, and quick buttons allow customer-specific operating elements to be generated. A “WYSIWIG” label previewer allows the operator to see the label on the user terminal as soon as the PLU has been activated, reducing set-up times and
errors during the labelling process.
Variety of labels: The LDI 160 label dispenser provides a module for all label formats: decorative, seals or full-cover packaging labels.
Complete traceability: The Bizerba intelligent TTI system label ensures complete re-traceability along the entire cold chain. Bizerba is the first supplier of automatic labelling machines for TTI labels.
Fully scalable: The GLM-I range is networkable and can grow to satisfy your future needs.
