Ruby and Roy's is an Australian-owned yoghurt producer based in Smithfield, New South Wales. Together, Ruby and Roy have 55 years of collective experience in the food industry that includes cafes, restaurants, bakeries, fruit shops and function centers. After feeling the need to try something different they established Ruby and Roy's to create seasonal, non-artificial yoghurt, along with other dairy products.
They saw a need to update their machinery and so approached Matthews to help make the process of date coding their products more efficient by using reliable, easy to use, high quality technology.
