Business Update
Spill-solutions specialist IQ Safety launches new branding and customer-centric website

11 October 2019

Safety-product specialist iQ Safety has launched a new website that’s already benefiting customers, as well as revealing new branding.

Sandra Ducak, Business Manager – iQ Safety, said the new branding gave the logo a thoroughly modern feel.  Using the Chameleon from its parent company – family-owned business Matthews – shows the link between the two and their ability to continue adapting to the market. She said the updated tag line – “intelligent spill management” – more clearly described what iQ Safety does.

On top of the branding, the newly launched website will better serve iQ Safety’s widening customer base.

“In the past few years, we’ve added a lot of breadth to our range of top global safety products, focusing on spill and hazardous-goods management.”

Because of iQSafety’s extensive product range, the company wanted to make it simple and easy for customers to choose the best product for their needs. The new website is very logical to navigate, with an industry-first product-comparison tool. For instance: where products are part of the same sub-category, customers can use the tool’s drop-down menu to instantly identify the size options available.

“This is important, because while having safety-management tools on hand is vital in manufacturing businesses, it’s actually just as important to have the right product for the job.”

iQ Safety has been an authorised distributor of industry-leading New Pig absorbents since 1990; today, brands the company represents also include Haws, Axion, Pratt Safety Systems, Justrite, Storemasta and All Valve Industries. Products include absorbents, matting, emergency shower and eyewash systems, quality site-safety and environmental-protection products, safety cabinets for flammable liquids and other hazardous materials, and monitoring systems.

iQ Safety, which is a division of Matthews Australasia, has been innovating and providing leading safety solutions to manufacturing businesses Australia wide and globally for 30 years.
