Key Benefits of the Linx TT1000 Thermal Transfer Overprinter

  • Ease of Use
Building upon the popular features of its predecessor (the simplest 2-roller cassette ribbon thread, minimal print gap between prints and icon-based touchscreen), the TT1000 further improves ease of use through a 25% lighter cassette with 3-part guiding pin to make ribbon changeovers easier.
  • Enhanced Performance Capability
Machine performance upgrades including faster throughput, line speeds and longer printing areas all join the high quality and long-lasting print quality features that come standard for TT51000, so your business can reap the rewards for years to come.
  • Lower Costs of Ownership
Suitable to fit ultra-long ribbon lengths of up to 1,200m and an efficient clutch-less bi-directional ribbon drive significantly reduces the frequency of ribbon breakages and unplanned stoppages due to ribbon changeovers. Combine this with the airless design system eliminating the need for compressed air the TT1000 keeps your production efficiency high and costs low.
  • Exceptional Flexibility
The Linx TT1000 is the TTO printer that can adapt with an ever-changing environment. The detachable touchscreen controller can now be detached from its power base to allows even more flexible position placement on your packaging machine or production environments. With the ability to change to either intermittent and continuous motion or alter print direction if needed, the TT1000 provides flexibility for businesses that need to future proof their investment.
