High Resolution Printing
High Resolution Inkjet Printers provide optimum print resolution, high speed, and large or small mark sizes. These printers work very well for printing very crisp bar codes, graphics, and text onto primary and secondary packaging.
A sophisticated printhead holds ink in multiple nozzles, and ink droplets are expelled on demand to create characters on a moving substrate. Piezoelectric crystals are used to propel the ink droplets. Linx printheads have 500 nozzles for 180 dpi resolution - ideal for graphics, images and bar codes onto porous surfaces.
