The Avery ALX 700 and 900 series are very versatile Label Printer Applicators (LPA) typically utilised for WIPE on print and apply applications. These Avery units print and attach labels to the top, side or bottom of products and can print a variety of label sizes. A variety of standard dispenser edges means there is a left or right-handed version.
The Near Edge print-head codes with the utmost precision — 300dpi at rates up to 400 labels a minute (label size dependent) — so can print very small fonts and graphics at high speed, yet with perfect clarity. A sensor allows for perfect positioning between labels. It can even be adjusted even when the LPA is running, according to the packaging size.
The straightforward control panel makes the ALX ranges among the easiest LPAs to use. LED displays allow the operator to define all the machine’s printing and application processes.
